Not so much walking away as standing enjoying a spectacular vista. That was one of the most stunning places I've ever seen, pretty grim camping experience but worth it for next time someone asks 'Have you ever clapped a wild wombat and seen ants an inch long while doing your laundry in a rainforest?'
